Salary: The salary will be determined based on your current or most recent compensation. Please note that the maximum we offer for this role is INR 10 lakh per annum (includes fixed and variable component)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educators to understand their goals, challenges, and support needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve educators' engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Provide personalized guidance, resources, and training to help educators succeed in their roles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve educator concerns and elevate the overall teaching experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of educator support initiatives.
• Organize workshops, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.
• Collect feedback from educators and use it to drive continuous improvement.
