Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting is looking for a skilled developer in Chennai to design, develop, and maintain TDH (Temenos Data Hub) components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and deploying micro-services on Kubernetes, along with expertise in creating high-throughput Kafka streaming pipelines.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TDH (Temenos Data Hub) components—including TDE Designer/Administration, SQLPortal, and Workbench
• Build, containerize, and deploy micro‑services and batch jobs on Kubernetes using Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and IBM Container Registry, ensuring 100% reproducible environments
• Implement high‑throughput Kafka streaming pipelines that feed data into ODS/SDS/ADS stores, handling schema evolution and fault‑tolerant replay
• Create and expose custom REST APIs (Java Spring Boot) for data‑service consumption, incorporating security (OAuth/JWT) and detailed OpenAPI documentation
• Own end‑to‑end ILP/COB batch execution, monitoring job health, handling error‑recovery, and coordinating with downstream reconciliation processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 8 years relevant experience in TDH program development on LINUX environment on Postgres DB
• Proficient in project development life cycle
• Proficient in Unix scripting
• Proficient in database concepts of Oracle / Postgres
• Performance tuning in database is an added advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good team player with problem‑solving attitude
• Capacity to critically evaluate solutions and propose more efficient alternatives
