Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites applications for Performance Testing with Neoload/LoadRunner/JMeter expertise. Ideal candidates have 6 to 12 years of experience in testing web apps, SAP, and APIs.

You will define test plans, develop load models, prepare data, and execute Neoload scripts, reporting bottlenecks and executive summaries to stakeholders. Roles include identifying performance scope with SMEs, utilizing Spira for test management, and ensuring thorough analysis and communication

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience on Web Apps/SAP/APIs
• Define test plan/strategy/approach for load and performance testing
• Identify performance scope and requirements with SMEs
• Hands-on knowledge in Neoload performance testing tool
• Develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
• Develop workload model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
• Identify and prepare test data for performance testing
• Know test management tools like Spira
• Capture statistics and identify bottlenecks
• Prepare executive summary report after performance testing
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Identify issues during load testing and fix scripts
• Identify bottlenecks and report to project teams
