Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking an Observability Engineer to design and implement end-to-end observability solutions enabling real-time visibility through dashboards and reporting.
The role requires hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Dynatrace and App Insights, and integrating ITSM workflows such as ServiceNow. You will help reduce incident MTTR and support enterprise operations with automation.
Qualifications
- Experience designing end-to-end observability solutions.
- Proficient in dashboards and real-time reporting.
- Ability to optimize alerting to reduce noise and improve signal quality.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, Application Insights and OpManager.
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow and ITSM tools.
