Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking a results-driven professional to design, develop, and support applications with a focus on Robotic Process Automation using UiPath. You will report to the Account Service Delivery Lead and collaborate with business units and IT teams to deliver digital capabilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
• B.Tech preferred.
• UiPath certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to design, develop and deliver applications to meet business objectives.
• Provide application maintenance and support in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
• Deliver applications in line with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide and share technical knowledge with other team members.
• Implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath for web, thick clients, mainframes and surface automation.
• Work in an Agile environment with tools like JIRA; DevOps experience preferred.
• Understand requirements and implement efficient solutions quickly to maximize ROI.
• Manage stakeholders with clear communication and coordination.
• Develop plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support automation.
• Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and handover to L3 with user training documentation.
