Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Developer/Senior Developer with 6-8 years of IT experience and 3-5 years of hands-on Blue Prism development. The role requires flexibility for night and rotation shifts and registration of an EP ID. B.Tech preferred.

The incumbent will design, develop, and support Blue Prism automation solutions, collaborating with business units to deliver scalable robotic processes and IDP/OCR enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
• 6-8 years’ overall IT experience (3-5 years hands-on Blue Prism development).
• B.Tech preferred; Regular, full-time education required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Blue Prism Process Objects and Business Objects.
• Build reusable automation components following enterprise design standards.
• Develop end-to-end automated workflows using Blue Prism.
• Integrate bots with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and file-based interfaces.
• Implement exception handling, logging and monitoring frameworks.
• Support Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD) and runbooks.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release management and production support.
• Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
