Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced UiPath Developer for our Chennai delivery center. Bring 12-16 years of hands-on automation, RPA design, and development expertise to drive complex financial services automation initiatives.

You will design end-to-end automation using UiPath Apps, Document Understanding, and AI Center, mentor juniors, conduct UAT, and collaborate with business, IT, and compliance teams to ensure successful adoption of automation projects.

Qualifications

• Must have UiPath Developer experience, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on automation/RPA implementation with UiPath Apps, Document Understanding and AI Center.
• Proficient in programming: C#, Java, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, SQL.
• Experience implementing at least five UiPath projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, BRDs, FSDs, and solution designs.
• Assess automation opportunities and recommend UiPath-based solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation using UiPath and related tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure adoption.
• Conduct UAT, support change management, obtain sign-offs, and transition to support.
• Review code, enforce standards, mentor juniors, and contribute to governance.

What we are looking for

Must Have

• experience as UiPath Developer preferably in a financial services organization
• Hands-on technical automation/ RPA implementation experience along with UiPath Apps, Document understanding and knowledge on AI centre .
• Programming skills as (C#, Java, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, SQL)
• Good to have proven skills in MPP

Have implement minimum five projects in UiPath.

Responsibilities

1 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, BRDs, FSDs, and solution design documents for automation initiatives.

2 Assess automation opportunities, perform feasibility and complexity analysis, and recommend suitable RPA solutions using UiPath.

3 Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions leveraging UiPath, Document Understanding, AI Center, and reusable components.

4 Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of automation projects.

5 Conduct UAT, support change management activities, obtain business sign-offs, and facilitate smooth transition to support teams.

6 Review code, enforce development standards and best practices, mentor junior developers, and contribute to automation governance frameworks.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
