Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting with EA/CPA/CA mandatory.
• 8+ years of U.S. taxation experience.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on individual tax matters (Forms 1040, 1041, 990 & 5500).
• Manage and review tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
• Drive tax planning strategies and client advisory.
• Use CCH Axcess and SurePrep for delivery.
• Mentor and lead Tax Seniors & Staff.
• Manage multiple engagements with high-quality delivery.
