With 8+ years in US tax and 3+ years in supervisory roles, you will guide tax strategy, ensure compliance with IRS and state laws, coordinate workloads, and serve as a primary client contact for escalated issues,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in US Individual Tax (Form 1040).
• 3+ years in people and client management.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws (individual and business tax), including IRS regulations and state taxation.
• Qualified Enrolled Agent (EA) / CPA preferred.
• Immediate joiner is required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Manager who combines expertise in individual and business tax reviews with exceptional team management skills. This role involves overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns while managing a team of tax professionals. Candidates should have minimum8 years of experience in a US Tax domain and at least 3 years of experience in to supervisory role. Your leadership will ensure the highest quality of tax services and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables, ensuring their development and performance.
• Oversee the preparation and review of individual Tax form (Form 1040)
• Coordinate workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of tasks and compliance with tax laws.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated client issues and complex tax matters, including international tax filings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to benefit clients.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure the team is informed and compliant.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead/Managers to set departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience into US Individual Tax (Form 1040).
• 3+ years of experience into people and client management.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws (individual and business tax), including IRS regulations and state taxation.
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Qualified Enrolled Agent (EA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be preferred.
• Proficiency in tax software like CCH, Drake, Pro series, Lacerte, etc. and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate joiner required.
