Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing and TA Operations professional to drive strategic sourcing across APAC while coordinating regional recruiting operations. You will partner with recruiters and TA leads to build proactive pipelines and deliver market insights that shape hiring decisions.

You will also own data quality, process governance, and the adoption of TA technology and AI-enabled workflows within the regional team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination or TA operations across APAC.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights and CRM tools.
• Hands-on ATS experience with data accuracy; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to recruiting work.
• Able to manage proactive, long-horizon sourcing with time-critical tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting market data.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing on strategic, niche and hard-to-fill roles across APAC.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Deliver talent mapping, market research and competitor analysis.
• Give evidence-based insights on talent supply, location options and compensation.
• Maximise LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM and AI sourcing tools.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across APAC.
• Own data quality and process governance for the region; assist with process questions.
• Identify gaps in recruiting processes and lead improvements to adoption.
• Drive adoption of TA technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Produce and maintain reporting, documentation and compliance records.
• Represent APAC with the global TA Enablement team on process/technology.

Job Summary

A 50/50 role across two things that make a recruiting team effective: finding talent that is hard to find and running operations that recruiters can rely on. Youll source for strategic and niche roles across APAC, build pipelines ahead of demand, and own the data, process and tooling that keep Oracle Recruiting and our TA workflows clean and efficient. Youll work day to day with Recruiters and TA Leads in the region, and with the global TA Enablement team on process and technology.

Requirements

• [3+] years in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination or TA operations, including experience across multiple APAC markets.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills; working knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights and CRM tools.
• Hands-on ATS experience with strong attention to data accuracy; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation to recruiting work.
• Able to manage proactive, long-horizon sourcing alongside time-critical operational tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting market data to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Preferred

• Sourcing experience in two or more of: India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China.
• Experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards or reporting tools.
• Involvement in a TA technology rollout, process redesign or change initiative.

Talent Sourcing (50%)

• Lead sourcing on strategic, niche and hard-to-fill roles across APAC, partnering with Recruiters and TA Leads on searches that need dedicated support.
• Build and maintain proactive external and internal pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Deliver talent mapping, market research and competitor analysis that shape search strategy and hiring decisions.
• Give Recruiters and Hiring Managers evidence-based insights on talent supply, location options and compensation.
• Maximise the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, our CRM and emerging AI sourcing tools to improve speed, reach and quality of hire.

TA Operations (50%)

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across APAC, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Own Oracle Recruiting data quality and process governance for the region; act as the first point of contact for system and process questions.
• Identify gaps in recruiting processes and lead or support improvements through to adoption.
• Drive adoption of TA technology, automation and AI-enabled workflows and agents within the regional team.
• Produce and maintain reporting, documentation and compliance records to agreed standards.
• Represent APAC with the global TA Enablement team on process and technology initiatives.
