About the Role

This role is on a 4‑6 month contract to start with and will be extended based on performance.

We are seeking a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing team. This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional candidates, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for priority roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft personalised outreach messages and nurture long‑term candidate relationships to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture, and success profiles.
  • Process & Tools: Leverage Lever and sourcing tools effectively to track, manage, and report on pipeline progress.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Apply inclusive sourcing practices and proactively seek out diverse candidate pools.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health; provide data‑driven recommendations to improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment.
  • Proven success sourcing talent in high‑growth industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Lever ATS, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools/platforms.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and refine approach.
  • Passion for identifying and engaging exceptional talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
