Job summary

The role requires MBA/PGDM in HR with at least 15 years in HR and 5 years in people management, plus a strong command of English and excellent communication skills to coach team leaders and enable high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• 15+ years in HR experience, with at least 5 years in people management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with command of English.
