Job description

Position Summary

The TA Partner will be responsible for the strategy, full-life cycle recruitment and proactive pipelining of senior level talent within the Pan India region. Full life-cycle recruiting includes consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates as well as facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. The TA Partner will also be responsible for leading the campus recruitment strategy in India and collaborating on global functional projects like diversity and employer branding.

Accountabilities

• Senior Level Recruitment: Continuously build an external talent pipeline by proactively sourcing for high-quality senior level candidates. Maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities; create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices. Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met with a high level of performance.
• Campus: Work with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent demand in order to develop the India campus strategy. This includes collaborating with Business Leaders, HRBPs and functional leaders to ensure Wabtec's LEAD intern assignments are fit for purpose as well as building relationships with Campuses and developing a strong brand on campus in order to attract top talent and drive conversion within the organization.
• Projects: Leading projects for the region and in collaboration with other TA team members that benefit the region and / or TA function as a whole. Project can include but arent limited to employer branding initiatives, gender diversity, sourcing selection activities, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably having worked in both corporate and agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor with the capability to create comprehensive recruiting strategies and appropriately influence hiring managers in making sound hiring decisions.
