Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our long-standing RPO partnership with a global leader in Medical Devices. This is an exciting opportunity, recruiting across ANZ to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, sales, manufacturing and corporate functions.
As a trusted talent advisor, you\'ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring solutions. Representing the client brand in the market, you\'ll leverage proactive sourcing strategies, talent insights and market expertise to identify and engage exceptional talent in a competitive market.
You\'ll play a key role in helping a purpose-driven organisation attract the talent that supports innovation and improves lives through advanced products solutions.
You\'ll bring strong recruitment experience, coupled with confidence and credibility to influence stakeholders and navigate complex hiring needs.
Ideally, you\'ll have established networks within the life sciences, healthcare or medical device sectors, or the ability to build them quickly through proactive market engagement. You are naturally curious and commercially minded, with a track record of sourcing hard-to-find talent and building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
