Job summary

Korn Ferry in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Shared Services, onsite in Petaling Jaya, with hybrid work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will leverage ATS and direct sourcing to build strong pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers across markets.

Responsibilities include strategising with managers, developing relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates while maintaining data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruitment, RPO or internal with a global organisation.
• Experience in hiring for Shared Services and Commercial roles (MY, TH, PH).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; IT literate with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment life-cycle for key business areas with focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
• Discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers and develop strategies for output.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
• Utilise direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and build candidate pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and support service delivery targets.
• Provide market condition insights and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain metrics and data integrity in reporting.

Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Medical Devices is looking for a Senior Recruiter to be based in Petaling Jaya to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
• Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
• Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Professional Experience

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation
• Prior experience in hiring for Shared Services and Commercial (MY, TH, PH) roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT Literate with MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills
• Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
