About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive International talent acquisition for our fast-growing marketplace business from our Bangalore hub. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands global hiring nuances, and can move seamlessly between strategic and hands-on recruitment work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles (e.g., Middle East, Southeast Asia, UK markets) across junior to mid-level positions in ecommerce functions - category management, marketplace operations, digital marketing, supply chain, customer experience, finance and HR.
• Manage high-volume and multi-role hiring pipelines simultaneously, ensuring speed and quality across openings at different levels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for overseas markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, regional platforms, headhunting, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across time zones, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, compensation benchmarks, and market availability for international positions.
• Stay updated on visa/work permit requirements, relocation logistics, and country-specific hiring regulations; coordinate with external partners (EOR/PEO agencies, immigration consultants) where required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent for recurring and niche ecommerce roles.
• Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance rates.
• Represent the employer brand in international talent markets; support recruitment marketing and campus/community outreach where relevant.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 8+ years of experience, with substantial hands-on, full-cycle hiring experience across junior to mid-level roles for international/overseas markets - ideally in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, screen, and close candidates - not just coordinate - across diverse functions and role levels.
• Proven experience hiring across geographies (Middle East/GCC, SEA, US/UK) and coordinating across time zones.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset - comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
