Humancapital is seeking a hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to build hiring velocity and run a scalable recruiting engine. The role reports directly to the CEO, owning hires across retail, operations, customer experience, technology, corporate and leadership roles in a fast-paced setting.

The environment is fast-paced, demanding and constantly evolving — the person needs to be comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn hiring across retail, operations, customer experience, technology, corporate and leadership roles.Partner directly with the CEO and business heads on hiring priorities and workforce requirements.Personally drive critical and difficult-to-close positions.Build strong sourcing channels across direct search, referrals, job platforms, campuses and recruitment partners.Build repeatable hiring engines for high-volume and expansion-led recruitment.Improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance and offer-to-join ratios.Build and lead a lean, high-output TA team.Introduce simple, effective hiring dashboards and recruitment governance.What We Are Looking For8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.Strong experience in high-growth startups, consumer-tech, retail, e-commerce, mobility or operationally intensive businesses.Experience managing both volume and leadership/specialist hiring.Strong direct sourcing and candidate closure capability.Comfortable working closely with a fast-moving, highly involved CEO.High bias for action, ownership and execution.Someone who can build process without creating bureaucracy.This Role Is Not For Someone WhoWants to operate primarily through recruitment agencies.Needs stable hiring plans and long decision cycles.Prefers strategy over hands-on execution.Is uncomfortable with aggressive hiring timelines or rapidly changing priorities.What Success Looks LikeBuild a TA function that can hire ahead of business growth, close critical roles faster and give the leadership team confidence that talent will not become a constraint to scale.
