Job summary

Taggd is seeking a senior Non-IT Sourcing leader to build and helm a centralized COE in Gurugram, supporting frontend recruiters at client locations. The role focuses on creating strong talent pipelines across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing and other functions.

You will guide a team of sourcing professionals, drive proactive market mapping, and leverage portals like Naukri and an ATS to meet hiring mandates while improving speed and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Non-IT sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing centralised sourcing teams or COEs (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Non-IT talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri), ATS and internal databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with frontend recruiters at client locations to support active hiring mandates.
• Drive sourcing for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions.
• Use job portals, internal databases, referrals and market mapping for proactive sourcing.
• Ensure strong pipeline quality, speed and conversion ratios.
• Coach and upskill sourcing recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques.
• Track sourcing metrics and drive continuous improvement and best practices.

About the Role
