Job summary

Taggd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Associate Director Talent Solutions to lead end-to-end recruitment for a key Manufacturing/Automobile account. You will own hiring strategy, drive delivery, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

The role requires building strong teams, direct sourcing, stakeholder management, and adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality. You will mentor recruiters and manage SLAs and reporting.

• Proven experience managing large-scale hiring programs within Manufacturing, Automobile, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong experience in managing client-facing recruitment operations and large teams.
• Track record of delivering hiring targets, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

About the Role

The role involves driving large-scale hiring, managing client relationships, leading recruitment teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering business outcomes while meeting hiring targets and service level commitments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring and recruitment-related matters.
