Job summary

Taggd is seeking an experienced Associate Director Talent Solutions to lead end-to-end recruitment for a large Manufacturing/Automobile client account in Chennai. You will manage hiring operations, client relationships, and team performance, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition delivery.

You will lead a team of 30+ recruiters, drive hiring plans, monitor metrics, and field niche hiring through direct sourcing.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director Talent Solutions to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for a large Manufacturing/Automobile client account. The role involves managing hiring operations, client relationships, team performance, and business outcomes while ensuring high-quality talent acquisition delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

• Lead recruitment delivery for 1,000-1,500 annual hires across multiple functions.
• Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring funnel conversion, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Drive hiring plan achievement and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Handle critical and niche hiring requirements through direct sourcing and headhunting.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all hiring-related matters.
• Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers and client leadership.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
• Ensure high hiring manager satisfaction through proactive stakeholder management.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of 30+ recruiters.
• Set performance goals and track team productivity.
• Drive employee engagement, learning, and career development initiatives.
• Build a high-performance culture while maintaining strong team retention.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure accurate recruitment data management through ATS and HR systems.
• Publish regular hiring and performance reports.
