Job summary

Tipstat® is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to build a high-quality product and technology team. You will own end-to-end hiring for product and technology roles and shape our AI-first recruiting approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build a high-quality product and technology team.

Our current focus is hiring for roles such as Product Engineers, Full-stack Engineers, AI Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Product Managers. Since most roles have a strong AI dependency, we are looking for someone who understands the modern tech and product landscape and is excited about AI-first companies. This is a hands‑on hiring role for someone who is obsessed with finding the best talent — especially passive candidates who are not actively looking.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for product and technology roles
• Source top product and engineering talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, startup networks, and other creative channels
• Identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent bar
• Screen candidates for product thinking, technical depth, ownership, curiosity, and startup fit
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Improve outreach, candidate experience, hiring funnels, and offer closures

What we are looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in startups, SaaS, product companies, or tech-first teams
• Strong experience hiring for product, engineering, or technical roles
• Ability to understand roles like Product Engineer, Full-stack Engineer, Product Manager, AI Product Engineer, and Technical PM
• Strong sourcing ability, especially for passive candidates
• Curiosity about AI, product building, and modern technology teams
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-through
• High ownership, speed, and obsession with talent quality

Good to have

• Experience hiring for AI-first startups or product-led companies
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Instahyre, CutShort, GitHub, Naukri, or ATS platforms
• Ability to map talent from strong startup and product ecosystems
