Job summary

PadCare is seeking a motivated HR/Recruitment Intern to assist with end-to-end hiring processes, job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding. You will help build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and job portals, and contribute to job descriptions and recruitment content.

You will also support employer branding on LinkedIn, HR communications, and basic HR operations, records, and engagement activities. An internship at PadCare offers hands-on learning in a mission-driven startup.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR/Business or related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
