Job summary

LexDeed in Chennai is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR Admin to own hiring and people operations end to end. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for legal, operations, business development and technology roles, run onboarding, and coordinate documentation for advocates and consultants across states.

You will ensure attendance, payroll inputs and statutory compliance, while handling office administration, assets and vendor coordination in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in HR preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication in English and Tamil.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup.

Role Overview

As we grow across South India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Admin to own hiring and people operations end to end. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, working directly with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for legal, operations, business development and technology roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and closing offers
• Build hiring pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, law college placement cells and referrals
• Run onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities and employee records
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for advocates and consultants across states
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Handle office administration, assets and vendor coordination
• Help build HR policies and processes as the team grows
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in HR preferred
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with relevant internships are welcome)
• Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets
