Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for Field HR within Global Human Resources at Sun House, Mumbai. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, and onboarding, with emphasis on building strong pipelines and cost-efficient hiring.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of TA experience, preferably with campus hiring exposure, and an MBA in HR. The position is based in Mumbai and involves collaboration across locations, ensuring a seamless onboarding

• Graduate in any stream (Pref. B.SC./B.Pharm) + MBA (HR).
• 8–10 years experience with exposure in TA / campus hiring.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and define job requirements with hiring managers.
• Talent Management: support CPP process and competency-based interviews across locations.
• Campus Hiring & Employee Engagement: plan and execute campus hiring strategy and manage internships and onboarding for campus hires.
• Induction & Orientation: complete joining formalities and communicate Sun Pharma benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: - Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and networking. Conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate assessment processes. Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, source mix, pipeline). Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and future roles. Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring.
• Talent Management: - Support during CPP process, conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate assessment processes at various locations.
• Campus Hiring & Employee Engagement: - Plan and execute annual campus hiring strategy (B.Pharma, B.Sc., MBA, Diploma, and other institutes). Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, TPOs, and placement committees. Coordinate pre-placement talks, career fairs, assessments, and selection drives. Design onboarding and induction programs for campus hires, interns, and trainees. Manage internship programs, performance reviews. Manage internal communication channels for engagement and organizational updates.
• Induction & Orientation: - Completing the joining formalities of the selected candidates as per the company policy. developing an understanding of sun pharma benefits program and its competitive advantage in the market.
