Overview

We are looking for a system-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end‑to‑end hiring execution and help build a dependable team for a stable, long‑term business. Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring execution across functions, from sourcing to onboarding, through structured and system‑led processes.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks while conducting sharp initial screening to ensure role fit.
• Drive interview coordination, feedback alignment, and offer closures to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Maintain structured hiring trackers using Zoho Recruit to bring discipline to startup hiring.
• Track TAT, open roles, offer‑to‑joining ratios, and early attrition to support data‑backed hiring decisions.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers as a single point of contact to enable quick decision‑making.
• Support smooth onboarding and early employee engagement to improve joining experience and retention.
• Strengthen employer presence by creating startup‑focused job descriptions, hiring posts, and basic recruitment creatives.
