Job summary

myHQ is seeking a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate to drive sourcing, screening, and pipeline movement for sales, operations, and marketplace roles. You will source fast, manage high-volume hiring, and own interview scheduling with busy teams.

With 1–4 years in talent acquisition, you bring strong Boolean skills, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a proven ability to build robust pipelines. Experience in inside sales hiring is mandatory and critical to success.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-moving startup or services company.
• Strong sourcer: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral activation
• Clear communicator: candidates should feel informed, not chased
• Genuinely organized to handle high volume bulk hiring
• Experience in sales hiring / inside sales hiring is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals) for sales, operations, and support roles
• Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across sales teams
• Run first-round screening calls and assess fit before scheduling interviews
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across busy calendars
• Maintain pipeline hygiene with accurate records in ATS
• Track offer-to-joining conversion and flag risks
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for inside sales and business development roles
• Support sourcing strategy inputs for campus and lateral hiring
• Create talent pools for recurring roles

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate who will be the engine behind myHQs hiring sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the pipeline across our sales, operations, and marketplace verticals.

This role requires someone who knows how to source fast, understands high-volume sales hiring, can move fast and build strong pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals for sales, operations, and support roles
• Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across sales teams
• Run first-round screening calls and assess fit before scheduling the interviews with the business team
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across busy internal calendars
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate records on our ATS with right stages and information
• Track offer-to-joining conversion and flag risks before they become vacancies
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for inside sales and business development roles
• Support sourcing strategy inputs for campus and lateral hiring
• Proactively create talent pools for recurring roles
