Job summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Recruitment Executive with 2-3 years

of recruitment experience to support hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate

should thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple open positions

simultaneously, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

This role will primarily focus on hiring across India, while also supporting ongoing recruitment

requirements across the UK and European regions as business needs arise. The individual will work

closely with hiring managers, external vendors, and global stakeholders to identify and attract top

talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple open positions simultaneously across various business functions.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Global Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across India.
• Support recruitment activities for UK and European stakeholders whenever required.
• Provide regular hiring updates, candidate pipeline status, and recruitment insights to internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
• Work closely with recruitment agencies and staffing partners to source quality candidates.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery against hiring requirements.
• Track vendor performance and maintain recruitment quality standards.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS/HRIS system.
• Ensure data integrity and timely updating of recruitment records.
• Support recruitment audits, compliance requirements, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across technical, non-technical, and business support functions.
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders, particularly UK and European teams.
• Strong vendor management and agency coordination experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working with ATS/HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cyber Security, or Shared Services roles.
• Exposure to international recruitment processes.
• Experience supporting employer branding and employee referral initiatives.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and salary benchmarking.
