Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an senior wealth management leader to oversee operations across Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur and Chennai. You will drive growth in NBFC wealth management, grow assets under management, and build enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients through tailored wealth solutions.

You will collaborate with product, risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence, lead a team of wealth managers, and monitor portfolio strategy and allocations.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of progressive wealth management experience (private banking or advisory).
• Proven track record of managing large portfolios and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CFA/CFP certification is a plus.

• Lead and manage wealth management business operations across multiple locations (Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chennai).
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the NBFC's wealth management portfolio and increase assets under management (AUM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and delivering tailored wealth solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a team of wealth managers, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment advisory services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting wealth management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
