Job summary

Crown HR Services in India is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to verify compressed tablets, punches, dies, and tooling for GMP-compliant production. You will ensure proper cleaning, lubrication, storage and traceability of tooling, and maintain inspection and usage records.

The role involves coordinating with Production and IPQA Engineering to report recurring defects and ensure data integrity across SOPs and BMRs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect compressed tablets for physical/visual defects as per SOP/BMR
• Inspect punches & dies for wear, damage, corrosion and embossing defect
• Ensure proper cleaning, lubrication, storage and tooling traceability
• Maintain inspection, usage and record
• Verify and issue correct tooling for compression setup/changeover
• Report recurring defect and coordinate with Production, IPQA Engineering
• Ensure GMP, GDP, SOP, document and data-integrity compliance
