Job summary

G.S. Pharmbutor Private Limited (Betadine Plant) seeks a production supervisor to manage day-to-day tablet manufacturing in line with the production plan.

You will oversee granulation, compression, strip packing and both primary and secondary packing, while ensuring BMR, SOPs, cGMP, and safety compliance. You will monitor output, yield, machine performance and process parameters, maintain line clearance and documentation, and coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse for smooth

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Tablets and OSD manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Granulation, Compression, and Packing operations.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day tablet manufacturing operations as per the production plan.
• Supervise Granulation, Compression, Strip Packing, Primary & Secondary Packing.
• Ensure compliance with BMR, SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements.
• Monitor production output, yield, machine performance, and process parameters.
• Ensure proper line clearance, documentation, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations.
• Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.
• Report and assist in investigation of deviations, breakdowns, and production issues.
• Support process improvement and reduction of wastage/downtime.
