We are looking for experienced Tableau Analytics Lead | Chennai having 8+yrs of experience.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Use LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, and other advanced Tableau features to deliver actionable business insights.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data queries, and workbook efficiency.
• Administer and manage Tableau Server/Cloud environments, including published data sources, refresh schedules, and access permissions.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), data access controls, and BI governance standards.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries across Greenplum and other MPP or data warehouse databases.
• Design and maintain scalable data models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Define appropriate Live Connection versus Extract strategies based on performance and business requirements.
• Establish best practices for Tableau data sources, reporting standards, and enterprise BI architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Lead BI initiatives, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytics adoption.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Tableau Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, interactive dashboards, and performance optimization.
• Tableau Server/Cloud & Governance: Experience with administration, Row-Level Security, data access controls, published and certified data sources, refresh strategies, and BI governance.
• Strong SQL & Data Warehousing: Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries and query optimization, with experience in Greenplum or other MPP/data warehouse databases.
• Data Modeling & BI Architecture: Strong understanding of Star and Snowflake schemas, data modeling, Live versus Extract strategies, Tableau data sources, and enterprise BI architecture.
• Analytics Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead analytics initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, gather requirements, and communicate insights effectively.
