The role requires 5-8 years of experience in BI with Tableau, strong data modeling skills (Customer360/Supplier360), and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of solid software development and business intelligence engineering experience.
• Must be an Engineering Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines).
• Proven senior-level track record explicitly dedicated to end-to-end Tableau dashboard development and advanced metrics creation.
• Elite proficiency in Advanced SQL with deep experience in query optimization, indexing, and handling multi-source transactional databases.
• Mandatory background building and scaling 360-degree data models (Customer360, Supplier360, or equivalent enterprise performance indicators).
• Top-tier exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional business partnering.
• Highly Preferred: Secondary hands-on exposure to other enterprise visualization tools like Power BI or QuickSight.
