Job summary

Drlogy is seeking an Experienced TA Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies in healthcare or corporate settings. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage onboarding and joining formalities.

You will also contribute to workforce planning, maintain accurate ATS records, provide recruitment analytics, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
