The

ENT Specialist

diagnoses and manages disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck through medical and surgical treatment. The provides outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and procedural ENT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose ear, nose, throat, and head-and-neck conditions.
• Manage common ENT disorders and chronic conditions.
• Perform appropriate ENT procedures and surgeries.
• Conduct endoscopic examinations and other diagnostic procedures as appropriate.
• Manage ENT emergencies such as airway obstruction, foreign bodies, bleeding, and acute infections.
• Review audiology, imaging, laboratory, and other diagnostic reports.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Coordinate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, oncologists, and other specialists.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment, procedures, medication, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical and operative records.
• Participate in clinical audits, teaching, training, and quality-improvement activities.
