• Experience with SaaS-based payment platforms and integration layers (APIs, queues, batch jobs).
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and payment flows for technical teams.
• Awareness of payment regulatory compliance is a plus.

We are looking for a highly experienced Temenos Lead Business Consultant with strong expertise in T24 (R16), focusing on Accounts, Customer, Data Capture, and Funds Transfer modules. The role will lead Functional Specification Document (FSD) creation for a SaaS-based payments integration project. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure that payment and account-processing requirements are clearly translated into functional designs for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) covering payment flows and account operations in T24.
• Define end-to-end payment journeys including external SaaS payment processing and T24 account locking mechanisms.
• Ensure real-time balance update logic using T24 Data Capture and posting capabilities.
• Work on integration requirements like API, MQ, and batch interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and alignment with T24 R16 architecture.
• Support development, testing, and handle change requests.
• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and solution validations.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong banking domain experience with proven capability in writing FSDs.
• Expertise in Temenos T24 (R16) Accounts, Customer & Data Capture modules.
• Good understanding of real-time account locking, booking logic & ledger postings.
• Experience working with SaaS-based payment platforms and integration layers.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP services, middleware, queues, and batch jobs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with analytical thinking.
• Nice to Have Awareness of payment regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Temenos Transact components such as TCIB and Funds Transfer.
