• Experience with SaaS-based payment platforms and integration layers.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP, middleware, queues, and batch jobs.
• Strong written/verbal communication and analytical thinking.
• Awareness of payment regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Experience with Temenos Transact TCIB and Funds Transfer is a plus.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure that payment and account-processing requirements are clearly translated into functional designs for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Develop detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) covering payment flows and account operations in T24.
• Define end-to-end payment journeys including external SaaS payment processing and T24 account locking mechanisms.
• Ensure real-time balance update logic using T24 Data Capture and posting capabilities.
• Work on integration requirements like API, MQ, and batch interfaces.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and alignment with T24 R16 architecture.
• Support development, testing, and handle change requests.
• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and solution validations.
