Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking an experienced Avaloq Business Analyst/Delivery Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives in Wealth management. The role requires strong BI planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across digital banking initiatives.

Hybrid work model with mandatory office presence in Bengaluru, coordinating with global Banks and client teams to deliver high-impact solutions in Agile environments.

• Experience with Target Operating Model changes, platform convergence and new product launches.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including development and testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior levels.
• Agile delivery in fast-paced settings with cross-domain interactions.
• Familiarity with backlog tools such as Jira/Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross-divisional initiatives using Agile governance and sponsor alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; remove impediments at program level.
• Provide governance visibility of progress, timelines, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with business, engineering and operations sponsors to deliver complex solutions.

• Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tolls that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget. Partner alongside Engineering, Business and Operations project sponsors and bring stakeholders to the table to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.
• Recognize, report, and escape project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raised. Identify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do so.
• Provide transparency and progress of projects, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums/steerco groups with senior leadership.
• Relevant experience in business analysis/project/program management function Project management skills including project scope definition, project issues, risks, status reporting, User Acceptance Test Execution A proven experience of driving delivery of projects in a cross functional team setting
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders outside their direct control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interacting with senior stakeholders. Ability to identify cross functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate the implications of solutions across existing process, systems and teams, eg., costs, risk, service.

Mandatory Avaloq BA Skills required :

• Proven experience working in digital environments and initiatives.
• Strong PI (Program Increment) planning capabilities, with demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Robust core Business Analyst skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Avaloq experience: demonstrable BA experience in Avaloq environments (configuration, functional changes, releases) and working with Avaloq delivery constraints.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Wealth Management, Portfolio Management and Trading , advisory platforms, CRM tools, digital wealth journeys, or RM workbenches.
• Experience of working on Target Operating Model Changes, Platform convergence, new product/New Market Launches, cost/efficiency impacting project, experience of working on creation of new workflow, making changes to existing workflows.
• Integration with other modules such as Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Project Systems
• Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
• Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking product
• Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
• Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
• Should be able to articulate change management experience
• Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
• Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
• Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira), experience in tools like JIRA and JIRA portfolio.
• Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices
• Delivery Manager-Strong PM skills with good experience in Wealth and Personal banking products and Digital transformation experience and awareness of HSBC ways of operating is desirable.
• Business Analyst: BA with good exposure to Wealth domains and Digital sales/engagement and Wealth journeys on Customer mobile app.
