Japanese & Korean Language Specialist / Translator / Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese and Korean language expert to support business communication, translation, and localization activities. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams, global clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Translation & Interpretation – Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese, Korean, and English.
• Provide real‑time interpretation during meetings, client calls, and workshops.
• Act as a bridge between international clients and internal teams.
• Draft, review, and localize business communications.
• Adapt content for cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy, ensuring consistency in terminology across documents and projects.
• Support engagement with Japanese and Korean clients/vendors; manage communication for projects involving international stakeholders.
• Prepare bilingual/multilingual reports, SOPs, and knowledge documents; maintain translation glossaries and style guides.
• Proofread and review translated content to ensure high accuracy and clarity; ensure compliance with organizational and client standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
