JOB Basket Bangalore is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of IT experience to manage software/IT projects for Japanese clients. The role bridges communication between Japanese stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with Japanese clients and offshore teams in Japanese and English, and manage planning, timelines, risks, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with project management.
• Strong technical background in software development, SDLC, APIs, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
• Experience working with Japanese clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software/IT projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
