Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Windows Server for our Bangalore, India operations. The role targets senior L1 engineers who can perform deep troubleshooting, validate changes, and collaborate with L2/L3 during critical incidents.

The ideal candidate will manage OS-level issues, patching exceptions, and recovery actions, contributing to high-availability IT infrastructure for a global client base.

Qualifications

• Senior L1 engineer capable of deep troubleshooting and validation during incidents.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and related services.
• Strong collaboration with L2/L3 teams during critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for OS issues, policy failures, and performance problems.
• Validate complex change implementations performed by L2/L3 (pre/post checks).
• Manage server patching exceptions, remediation, and patch-failure validation.
• Execute recovery actions including service rebuilds, failed agent reinstalls, and event-log-based fixes.

We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Windows server to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

G6 – Windows Server Administrator (Senior L1 / L1.5)

Role Summary

G6 admins act as senior L1 engineers capable of performing deep troubleshooting, validating changes, and interfacing with L2/L3 during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for:
  • OS corruption or kernel issues
  • GPO inheritance or policy failure
  • Performance issues (handles/memory leaks)
  • DFS, DHCP, DNS failures
  • Analyze system logs and identify root cause patterns.
• Validate complex change implementations performed by L2/L3 (pre/post checks).
• Manage server patching exceptions, remediation, and validation of patch failures.
• Execute recovery actions including:
  • Service rebuilds
  • Failed agent reinstalls
  • Event-log-based corrective actions
