We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Associate - Microsoft Windows OS to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

G5 – Windows Server Administrator (Intermediate L1 / Junior L2)

Role Summary

G5 admins provide advanced first‑level troubleshooting and handle moderately complex issues across Windows servers, AD, and core infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot OS-level issues: Service dependencies failures
• OS performance degradation
• Log analysis using Event Viewer
• Perform user/group management in Active Directory
• Manage access permissions using NTFS and share permissions
• Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP issues at L1 depth
• Support patching cycles (pre-checks, post-validation, failure reporting)
• Coordinate with backup teams for restore requests (files/folders)
• Troubleshoot RDP issues, login failures, profile corruption
• Perform basic PowerShell commands for routine checks (non-destructive)
• Mentor and guide G4 resources in ticket handling and troubleshooting quality

Skills Required
