Job summary

Aptimized in Hyderabad, India, seeks a Systems Administrator specializing in data migrations to Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related services. This onsite, contract-to-hire role covers planning, execution, and post-migration support for large enterprise environments.

You will configure hybrid Exchange, manage AD/Entra, and develop PowerShell automation scripts, coordinating cutovers and documenting procedures for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/O365.
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
• Proven experience with on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect / Microsoft Entra Connect.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Good understanding of DNS, SMTP, SMTP relay, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
