Job summary

L&T Mobility division seeks an experienced System Tester - ADAS to validate ADAS features on vehicle platforms, coordinating hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure sensors, ECUs, and control algorithms perform reliably in real-world conditions.

You will lead test strategy, develop regression suites, and execute tests on HIL rigs with Python/CAPL/MATLAB tooling, emphasizing safety, performance, and continuous integration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or related.
• 3–8+ years experience in system testing/validation of embedded ECUs (automotive/industrial).
• Strong understanding of ADAS systems.
• ECU testing lifecycle, test design techniques, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one: Bench testing with inverter + motor setups and measurement equipment.
• Comfortable with automotive networks & tools: CAN/LIN/Ethernet, UDS diagnostics, CANoe/CANalyzer (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple integration tasks across vehicle programs.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, performance, and reliability.
• Passion for electrification and automotive innovation.
