Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking an experienced HR Technology specialist to own and optimize the VNDLY platform for a global contingent workforce. You will configure workflows, data structures, and access roles while ensuring compliant lifecycle management and strong integrations with Workday and finance systems.

The role requires 5+ years in HR technology, hands-on VNDLY experience, and ability to work across multi-country HR environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology / HR Systems.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with VNDLY and contingent workforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of external workforce lifecycle and HR processes.
• Experience with HR system integrations, with Workday integration expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the VNDLY platform as a global HR Technology subject matter expert.
• Manage VNDLY configuration, workflows, data structures, access roles, system performance, and roadmap alignment.
• Support the complete contingent workforce lifecycle: requisition, onboarding, time tracking, invoicing, and offboarding.
• Drive process standardization and best practices across global markets.
• Manage integrations between VNDLY, Workday Core HCM, Finance/invoicing systems, and reporting platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, system connectivity, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration issues.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and AMS partners for operational support.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, SLAs, and continuous improvements.
• Identify and implement VNDLY process improvements, automation opportunities, and user experience enhancements.
• Support release management activities, including impact assessment, UAT coordination, deployment, and hypercare.
• Maintain system governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Support contingent workforce reporting and analytics, including headcount, spend, vendor performance, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

The role

We are building a best-in-class HR Technology landscape to support the future of the Ice Cream Company. This role acts as the functional and technical expert for VNDLY, our contingent workforce management platform, ensuring it is stable, compliant, and continuously optimized to support our global contingent workforce.The role will own the end-to-end VNDLY solution, covering vendor management, contingent worker lifecycle, integrations with Workday and downstream systems, and ongoing enhancements. It plays a critical role in enabling a seamless, compliant, and scalable external workforce model across all markets.

We're looking for someone who

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology / HR Systems.
• 1-3+ years of hands‑on experience with VNDLY and contingent workforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of external workforce lifecycle and HR processes.
• Experience with HR system integrations, with Workday integration expertise preferred.
• Expertise in VNDLY configuration, operations, and support.
• Experience working in global, multi-country HR environments.
• Understanding of contingent workforce compliance and vendor management.
• Experience with AMS support models (L2/L3).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills across HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and analytical ability.
• Fluency in English required.
