T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Windows & VMware Infrastructure Engineer to manage our physical and virtual server environments. This role requires leading Windows/VMware operations, performing migrations, and driving automation with PowerShell.

You will design and maintain server builds, patching, and monitoring while supporting cloud initiatives with AWS/Azure and collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019).
• Strong VMware administration across vSphere versions and related ops.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Windows & VMware server operations, including builds and rebuilds.
• Manage day-to-day Windows servers with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Perform server hardware operations and oversee VMware environments.
• Execute P2V, V2V, vMotion, and vCenter operations and manage VRA/DRS.
• Ensure security compliance and perform OS patching with WSUS.
• Support migration projects and cloud initiatives (AWS/Azure).
