Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to manage hybrid Azure environments and lead system administration across Windows Server, AD, and Azure services. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong security skills, and ability to collaborate with vendors and remote teams.

You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure with IaC (ARM templates) and PowerShell, support DR/BC planning, and ensure ITIL-aligned operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on system administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD/DNS/DHCP and Azure services.
• Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management processes.
• Experience with Office 365 applications including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Scripting in PowerShell and IaC with ARM templates.

Responsibilities

• Undertake issue resolution, problem management, and change management per SLAs.
• Execute BAU maintenance to promote secure, reliable infrastructure services.
• Facilitate system backups and Disaster Recovery/BCP activities.
• Plan, design, build, test, and deploy systems per requirements.
• Develop system operation handbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Create, document, and deploy automation with PowerShell and IaC (ARM templates).
• Conduct system compliance reporting and vulnerability assessments.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations.
