Job summary

Careernet is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to analyze customer and system-level requirements, develop system models in MATLAB/Simulink, and manage verification activities. The role collaborates across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical teams to ensure robust system definitions and traceability.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in relevant fields, hands-on MATLAB/Simulink experience, and familiarity with Polarion for requirements management.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or model-based engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink for system modeling, analysis, and technical validation.
• Practical experience using Polarion for requirements management and traceability.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, interfaces, embedded systems, and requirements-based verification.
