Job summary

Alten in Bengaluru, India is seeking a systems requirements engineer to translate product needs into detailed functional requirements and drive MBd using SysML and MATLAB/Simulink.

You will ensure compliance with ARP4754A/ARP4761, manage requirements with DOORS, and collaborate across engineering teams to validate, verify and report changes impacts on design and performance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; aerospace exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Translate product requirements into functional system requirements.
• Modify system requirements per PR outcomes from the CCB.
• Experience with SysML and MATLAB/Simulink or MBd tools.
• Familiarity with ARP4754A and ARP4761 guidelines.
• Experience using DOORS for requirements management.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
