Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a systems engineering professional focused on requirements engineering for automotive projects in Chennai. The role emphasizes elicitation, analysis, and management of vehicle and system requirements within a structured V-model framework.

You'll work with ASPICE processes, MBSE approaches, and various RM tools to ensure rigorous traceability, change management, and cross-functional collaboration across design, validation, and integration activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems engineering for automotive projects.
• Experience with ASPICE processes SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3 and SWE.1, SWE.2, SWE.3.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation, analysis and management.
• Knowledge of MBSE, SysML and V-Model.
• Hands-on with requirements traceability and change management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and manage vehicle system requirements.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to verification activities.
• Support change management and configuration control for system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using MBSE methodologies.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and network protocols is a plus.
