Job summary

Karix is looking for a Systems Engineer to deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet customer needs. The role collaborates with internal teams and handles configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Proficiency in Ansible or shell scripting is preferred.

You will automate operational processes quickly, accurately, and securely, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, automation, and 24x7 availability in a telecom/CPaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
• BE/B.Tech, BCA or MCA.
• Candidate must have a technical background with computers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy product updates and identify production issues.
• Implement integrations requested by internal teams/customers.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for internal teams.
• Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues; deploy updates and fixes.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Job description

Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. The position works closely with internal teams and is responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ansible or shell scripting, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
• Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• 24*7 support, should be flexible for shifts

Qualification and Experience:

• (5-8 years of Experience)
• B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA
• Candidate must be associated with computers & technical background

Knowledge and Skills:

• SQL Queries.
• Monitoring tool like Nagios.
• Basic Network.
• Ansible & Shell Scripting.
• APIs (Rest, SOAP)
• Application security patching
• Application High availability, performance and scaling
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
